According to the decision of the Primary Court of Qarabagh District in Ghazni Province, two individuals accused of sodomy were given discretionary punishment today, Tuesday, 16/3/1447 AH, in a public setting.
The Primary Court had sentenced the individuals to three years of imprisonment each, in addition to 39 lashes each as discretionary punishment. This ruling was implemented after receiving approval from the High Council of the Supreme Court.
