Seventeen Convicted Individuals Given Discretionary Punishment by the Kabul Province Primary Court for the Prevention of Narcotics and Intoxicants
According to the decision of the Kabul Province Primary Court for the Prevention of Narcotics and Intoxicants, seventeen (17) individuals were subjected to discretionary punishment on 30/3/1447 AH for crimes involving the sale and trafficking of narcotic tablets (Zikap and Tablet K), alcoholic beverages, and cannabis.
The Primary Court had sentenced the convicted individuals to terms of imprisonment ranging from seven months to three years and six months, in addition to 15 to 35 lashes as discretionary punishment.
This ruling was carried out after being approved by the High Council of the Supreme Court.
