Subject: Date of the Spring 1402 Semester Entrance Exam (Kankor)
In accordance with the decision of the Leadership Council dated 1444/7/3, the date for the Spring 1402 Semester Entrance Exam (Kankor) has been set as follows:
A. Universities and Private Educational Institutions in Warm Regions:
1. General Kankor: From 8th Dawo (Feb 27) to 21st Dawo (Feb 10)
2. Special Kankor: From 22nd Dawo (Feb 11) to 5th Hut (Mar 25)

B. Universities and Private Educational Institutions in Cold Regions:
1. General Kankor: From 6th Hut (Mar 20) to 19th Hut (Apr 2)
2. Special Kankor: From 20th Hut (Apr 3) to 4th Hamal (Apr 14)
All educational institutions are required to submit their written requests to the Ministry of Higher Education five days before the scheduled exam date, to receive the exam's monitoring committee from the Ministry. In the provinces, the documents must be submitted to the corresponding provincial public universities for assigning exam supervisors.
Please note that the registration of female students and the taking of exams by male students contrary to the regulations for undergraduate and graduate (Master’s and Doctorate) programs is prohibited. Legal action will be taken against those who violate this rule.
This written notice is for future compliance with the procedures.

Every year, Afghan students take a national exam called the KANKOR which is a university entrance exam. This official directive announces the date of the exam while explicitly prohibiting girls from taking this exam.
