Written court orders approved by Supreme Court lead to public flogging and imprisonment of 4 individuals in Badakhshan.

Decree Translation

Date : 27/10/1445 AH, Based on the decision of the Public Security Court of the Provincial Court of Badakhshan Province, punitive measures were applied publicly on more than four individuals involved in the crime of selling alcohol and tablets. The relevant court sentenced one criminal to one year of imprisonment and 35 lashes, two criminals to 30 lashes each, and another criminal to 39 lashes. These sentences were implemented after approval from the Supreme Court.
