Four Convicted Individuals Given Discretionary Punishment by the Kabul Primary Court for the Prevention of Narcotics and Intoxicants
According to the ruling of the Kabul Province Primary Court for the Prevention of Narcotics and Intoxicants, discretionary punishments (taʿzir) were carried out today, Monday, 28/11/1446 AH, against four individuals convicted of selling narcotic tablets (“Zecap”) and hashish.
The Primary Court had sentenced the convicts to seven months of imprisonment each, along with discretionary lashes ranging from 10 to 20 lashes.
These punishments were implemented after the rulings were approved by the High Authority of the Supreme Court.
