Implementation of Disciplinary Punishment on Two Convicted Individuals in Parwan Province
In accordance with the decision of the Primary Court of Shinwari District, Parwan Province, disciplinary punishments were enforced on two individuals, including one woman, convicted of fleeing from home and facilitating escape. The punishments were carried out on 06/12/1446 AH.
The Primary Court had sentenced the convicts to four years of imprisonment each and 35 lashes as a disciplinary penalty. This ruling was executed after confirmation by the esteemed Supreme Court.
The disciplinary punishment was implemented in the presence of Mufti Abdul Wali (Haleem), President of the Criminal Division of the Appellate Court; Mawlawi Abdul Muqit (Mubariz), President of the Public Security Division of the Appellate Court; judicial and administrative personnel; district officials; and a number of local residents.
