Implementation of Disciplinary Punishment on Two Convicted Individuals in Badakhshan Province

In accordance with the decision of the Primary Court of Yaftal District, Badakhshan Province, disciplinary punishments were enforced on two individuals, including one woman, convicted of fleeing from home and facilitating escape. The punishments were carried out on 21/12/1446 AH.

The Primary Court had sentenced the convicts to 39 lashes each as a disciplinary penalty. This ruling was executed after confirmation by the esteemed Supreme Court.
