Implementation of Disciplinary Punishment on Two Convicted Individuals in Faryab Province
In accordance with the decision of the Primary Court of Pashtunkot District, Faryab Province, disciplinary punishments were enforced on two individuals, including one woman, convicted of fleeing from home, facilitating escape, and engaging in illicit relations. The punishments were carried out on 21/12/1446 AH in the courtyard of the said Primary Court.

The Primary Court had sentenced one convict to eight months of imprisonment and 39 lashes, and the second convict to one year of imprisonment and 39 lashes as a disciplinary penalty. This ruling was executed after confirmation by the esteemed Supreme Court.

The disciplinary punishment was implemented in the presence of the President of the Criminal Division of the Appellate Court, the President of the said Primary Court, civil and military officials, respected scholars, and a large gathering of the general public.
