Implementation of Disciplinary Punishment on a Convicted Individual in Sar-e-Pul Province
In accordance with the decision of the Criminal Division of the Appellate Court of Sar-e-Pul Province, a disciplinary punishment was enforced on an individual convicted of causing injury and trespassing. The punishment was carried out on 25/12/1446 AH.

The Criminal Division of the Appellate Court had sentenced the convict to five months of imprisonment, payment of 5,000 Afghanis for medical expenses, and 20 lashes as a disciplinary penalty. This ruling was executed after confirmation by the esteemed Supreme Court in the courtyard of the Appellate Court of Sar-e-Pul Province, in the presence of division heads, judicial members, administrative and service staff, military personnel, and visitors.
