Date: 25/12/1445 _12/04/1403 On July 2, 2024, in Uruzgan province, 18 individuals accused of various crimes including adultery, sodomy, and unlawful activities were publicly punished at the provincial sports stadium. The sentences were as follows:
- 3 individuals received 10 months imprisonment and 30 lashes each.
- 2 individuals received 8 months imprisonment and 39 lashes each.
- 3 individuals received 1 year imprisonment and 30 lashes each.
- 1 individual received 2 years imprisonment and 25 lashes.
- 1 individual received 1 year imprisonment and 30 lashes.
- 1 individual received 2 years imprisonment and 39 lashes.
- 1 individual received 2 years imprisonment and 25 lashes.
- 1 individual received 1 year imprisonment and 39 lashes.

These sentences were handed down by the local judiciary in Uruzgan province.
