Decree Translation

Date: 21/04/1403 Local sources in Ghor report that individuals associated with Abdul Aleem Sadat and Abdul Qayoum Rohani, two intelligence members of the group, brutally assaulted a man and his two sons over a legal dispute.

On Thursday, July 11, sources indicated that at least 12 individuals affiliated with these two Taliban members attacked the home of Mir Ahmad at night, subsequently beating him and his two sons.

According to the sources, this incident occurred in the "Ghalmin" area, within the city of Firuzkuh, the capital of Ghor. It is reported that Mir Ahmad had a legal dispute with the cousin of one of the Taliban intelligence members.

The sources added that Mir Ahmad regained consciousness after two nights.

Notes on Decree

Sources added that Mir Ahmad has regained consciousness after two days. Local Taliban officials in Ghor have not commented on this matter.

This case exemplifies the Taliban's culture of impunity and abuse of power, where individuals linked to the intelligence apparatus carry out violent assaults over personal disputes. The attack on Mir Ahmad and his sons—outside any legal framework—reflects a systemic collapse of judicial oversight and reinforces a climate of fear, lawlessness, and retributive violence against civilians
