Implementation of Disciplinary Punishment on Two Accused Individuals in Faryab Province
In accordance with the decision of the Primary Court of Dawlatabad District, Faryab Province, disciplinary punishments were enforced on two individuals accused of theft. The punishments were carried out on 29/02/1447 AH. The Primary Court had sentenced the accused to one year of imprisonment each and 36 lashes as a disciplinary penalty. This ruling was executed after confirmation by the esteemed Supreme Court.
The court’s decision was implemented in the presence of the President of the Primary Court, the Mufti, respected scholars, civil and military officials, and a large gathering of the general public.
