On the 8th of 2nd, 1445 AH, based on the verdict of the courts of Badakhshan province, a discretionary punishment was applied to three individuals for moral corruption in the session hall of the Primary Court of the provincial city. These individuals had been convicted by the military court, and the verdict was carried out in the presence of officials and the public
