Implementation of Disciplinary Punishment on Eleven Convicted and Accused Individuals in Takhar Province
In accordance with the decisions of the Primary Courts of Yangi Qala and Khwaja Bahauddin Districts, Takhar Province, disciplinary punishments were enforced on eleven individuals, including four women, convicted of engaging in illicit relations and accused of theft. The punishments were carried out today, Thursday, 18/03/1447 AH.
The Primary Courts had sentenced the convicts and accused to imprisonment ranging from four months to three years and 39 lashes each as a disciplinary penalty. These rulings were executed after confirmation by the esteemed Supreme Court.
