This entry records a directive from the Taliban Ministry of Education ordering provincial education authorities to implement a uniform regulation across educational institutions. The directive references a decree issued by the Taliban leader and instructs provincial directorates to carry out the regulation through administrative and procedural measures. Although the content of the uniform policy is not detailed in the directive itself, the communication demonstrates the centralized enforcement of education regulations through the Ministry’s administrative hierarchy and the implementation of leadership decrees within the national education system. Such directives illustrate the institutional mechanisms through which Taliban authorities translate leadership decrees into binding policies for schools and educational bodies across the country.
